North (CRCC/CLN) The Commonwealth Respite & Carelink Centre / CarerLinks North provide a range of free services to carers of people who are aged, disabled or chronically ill. The focus of our service is supporting carers in their caring role. > |

Dental Service Our Dental Team provide quality general and specialist dental services for people on health care or concession cards and young people between 12-18 years old. > |

| Duty Service Duty Workers are available for a set time each day to provide information and assistance to the people who wish to access social welfare services. The Telephone Interpreter Service can be used for people who speak a language other than English. > |

Family
Support The Family Support Program offers individual, couples and family counselling; in-home support; developing routines; discussing parenting issues; parenting and developmental groups; mediation between adolescents and their parent(s); support to families experiencing major life crises eg. divorce/separation, death in the family and support to families experiencing major life changes eg. birth of a child, blended families. |

Foot Care The Podiatry Service provides diagnosis and treatment of foot and lower leg disorders. The podiatrists provide foot care services to people of all ages and also work with local groups to ensure the local community is educated about foot health. > |

Experience Life) Group GEL is a support group for Mums with a mental illness. This group offers an opportunity for Mums to get together to provide support and friendship to each other, get parenting tips, engage in self-care activities, explore ways to build confidence and self-esteem and activities together with children in the school holidays. It's a comprehensive program of exercise and education designed to improve physical fitness, reduce breathlessness and provide people with chronic lung disease with a better understanding of their disease and how to best manage its symptoms. > |

Multicultural Counselling & Welfare Social workers offer short term counselling and support to individuals. This can be for a range of issues, such as family problems, grief, loss and relationship difficulties. Where appropriate, we provide referrals to other agencies. & Syringe Program A Needle Syringe Program runs between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday at the Coburg & Brunswick sites. > |

Occupational Therapy Occupational therapy services assist frail aged and disabled people to stay in their homes safely. Our Occupational therapists provide assessment in people's homes and assist in the provision of appropriate equipment to make day to day living easier and safer. > |

Planned
Activity Groups MCHS provides 15 Planned Activity Groups (PAGs) a week, funded through Home and Community Care for frail aged and people with disabilities. The programs promote social involvement, companionship and carer respite within a supportive environment. PAG operate from a number of facilities within Moreland. > |

Raft Raft is a program for families whose lives have been disrupted due to drugs and alcohol. We offer counselling for parents, partners and children, support with developing strategies to deal with the drug problem and support with addressing issues that undermine family relationships. > |

Victims Assistance and Counselling Program The Victims Assistance and Counselling Program assists victims, their families, or anyone affected by crime. By providing support counselling services, outreach services, support groups, volunteer assistance, advocacy, assistance to make a formal report to the police, support during legal processes and more. > |
