Respite coordination for younger people and their care givers
Respite Coordination for Younger People and their Care Givers: Hume-Moreland Region (1.15mb) is the final report from the Respite Coordination Project which ran in 2004 and early 2005. The project sought to overcome program boundaries in order to provide a more coordinated respite system for families of children with disabilities who live in the Hume and Moreland areas. One of the outcomes of this project was the development of the Respite Finder Service Directory.
